For the past 7 years (minus COVID year) we have had the opportunity as FCA to show up at the LARGEST gathering of soccer coaches in the world. The United Soccer Coaches Convention happens each January in a different city in the US and seeing thousands of coaches come for training, certifications, the All American Awards, and connect with vendors/partners in the soccer world.

FCA has positioned ourselves in the midst of all of that, mostly dark soccer environment, to be a LIGHT and beacon of HOPE. We have a booth on the convention floor in between uniform vendors and travel agents all selling something, while our booth made up of FCA staff from around the country giving away for FREE the Good News of Jesus in the form of bracelets, bibles, and ticket to a luncheon.

We saw 200+ coaches and athletes hear from our US Men's and Women's National Team Chaplains as well as other speakers - leaving our luncheon with a true next step in their faith journey. I've had the pleasure of leading this out nationally building the team and seeing our staff pray prior, during, and after the week. So thankful to be part of a ministry that goes to where the gospel is needed and then seeing the local staff around the globe come along side those who are in need of hope!
